Company Profile

METROCOM Wireless has been involved in the wireless LAN and network linking industry since 1992 and in that time has gained a reputation for professionalism in their support of both customers and the reliability equipment and systems supplied. Currently we have installations that have been in continuous operation over the last 9 years still utilizing the original equipment and antenna installations.

Warranty on external antenna installations was extended five years ago to match that of the equipment for ease of warranty recording for our clients. In some cases this equated to extending the warranty on workmanship and materials to 3 years at no additional cost.

A new technical support helpline is to be implemented for all interested parties, unfortunately the service will be free only to warranty and contract clients at this time. Other users will incur costs associated with the help service provided.
